I’m a guy who was born in the early 80s, and my journey through life has been anything but ordinary. I lost my father to violence and my mother to her quest for self-discovery, leaving me to navigate the world on my own from a young age. Growing up, I found myself running the streets, without any guidance on the importance of mental and physical health. This neglect led to a decline in my own well-being, both mentally and physically.
Despite not being an expert in psychology or physical health, I have a wealth of hands-on experience dealing with the consequences of neglecting these vital aspects of life. I’ve personally felt the discomfort, anxiety, and turmoil that comes from ignoring one’s health. However, through perseverance and extensive research, I have discovered practical steps to regain control over mental and physical health.
